We also had them perform the demo and reconstruction portion of the project.

We had Lightening damage and our kitchen caught fire.

This SERVPRO Woolwich took care of my difficult and stressful property issue.  Not only were they extremely professional and respectful of my situation and feelings, but they were the most cautious and informative I've ever seen in a cleanup crew. Although I haven't had much experience with cleanup companies, I feel like they were definitely qualified for the job. 

They took all the proper steps needed to make sure everything ran smoothly and safely for us and for them.

The production manager treated me and my family like he would his own, this made me feel even more at ease after such a stressful loss.

We had a major storm come thru our area with High Winds, Rain, and lots of Thunderstorms with lightning.  Our house had major damage to the roof, chimney, gutters, and windows.

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the technicians that were sent to handle the Board up, cleaning, and drying out.

The were very thorough, and explained the entire process to me.  They took extra time to make sure they kept the moldy waste taken out of my house away from my children's play area, and to make sure nothing was left behind when they left.  They even double checked a closet that I had forgotten to look in to make sure there was no mold in there.

I know you usually only hear when an employee makes a mistake - but these gentlemen should be praised for their attention to detail and the care they showed in my home.

I recently had Storm damage in my house. SERVPRO of Washington Woolwich came to help board up broken windows. 

The crew leader came in with a thermal camera and showed me where it was wet. The water had gone much further than I first thought.

All disaster restoration companies are not alike SERVPRO in general some of us who have been in disaster restoration for many years do a great job and are worth calling.

I for example have used the SERVPRO of Washington Woolwich numerous times for basement floodings. I feel like not enough people give credit where it’s due. I would highly recommend this company and I will continue to be a customer of theirs.

The SERVPRO crew from WASHINGTON / WOOLWICH New Jersey was amazing. Our basement flooded with sewage during the big “gust wind storm” last summer when our whole block flooded.
